“Stuff the Tent” Northwest Harvest Food Drive!
Report and photos by Clay & Doc Graham / Selah Sweets

On Friday evening March 3rd, 2017, the Boy Scouts set up camp out front of Cabela’s. The mission was to “Stuff the Tent” with non-perishable food donations and cash donations for Northwest Harvest.

On Saturday the Boy Scouts gave a Wilderness Survival Seminar and there was a Cast Iron Cook-out. The cooked food was free to who ever came by.

The Boy Scouts collected approximately 1450 lbs of food and 100 dollars cash.

Thank you to everyone that donated! Thank you to all the volunteers for making this happen.

Cabela’s is located at 1400 E Washington Ave., Union Gap, WA 98903
